Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Road Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, supervising, and maintaining road construction projects while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop road and highway projects.
* Prepare technical drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
* Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies.
* Supervise construction activities and ensure quality standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and government authorities.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
* Review project progress and prepare reports.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
* Proven experience in road construction or highway engineering.
* Knowledge of road design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar AutoCAD.
* Strong understanding of construction materials and road safety standards.
* Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
* Professional engineering license/certification is preferred.
