Job Summary:
To perform entry-level maintenance, inspection, and repair activities on facility equipment and infrastructure systems under
supervision, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved procedures, technical
standards, and company policies. The role ensures strategic alignment, operational excellence, governance, compliance,
and continuous improvement across all responsibilities.
Job Responsibility:
• Assist in disassembling facility equipment and mechanical components and conduct basic visual inspections to identify
signs of corrosion, wear, cracks, leaks, or other defects using approved tools
• Access equipment through designated entry points, working from ladders, scaffolds, or using lifting devices as required
while adhering to safety procedures
• Support the removal and installation of facility equipment and components using appropriate tools and lifting equipment
under supervision
• Apply protective coverings and safeguards during maintenance activities to prevent damage to surrounding structures,
utilities, and systems
• Assist in basic troubleshooting activities and report abnormalities or potential faults to senior technicians
• Support marking and measuring of defective or replacement parts in accordance with maintenance instructions and
engineering drawings
• Assist in reassembling equipment after inspection or repair and support functional checks prior to return to service
• Operate basic testing and measuring equipment under guidance to support functional and performance verification
• Perform cleaning and routine servicing of mechanical components, filters, and related systems to maintain cleanliness
and operational standards
• Follow all established maintenance procedures, safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to
ensure compliance and quality of work performed
• Maintain accurate documentation of assigned tasks and completed activities as required
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
