Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 20 years of professional experience.
Proven experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
Proven experience in 4-Star and 5-Star Hotel Projects.
Strong technical, coordination, and project delivery skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Important Notice:
Candidates without both High-Rise Building and 4/5-Star Hotel project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1-Technical Civil Manager
Prepare/Review and coordinate civil and structural drawings.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
Provide technical support during construction activities.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Monitor quality control and resolve technical issues on site.
Prepare technical reports, method statements, and project documentation.

2-Technical Architecture Manager
Prepare/Review architectural drawings and specifications.
Coordinate architectural works with structural and MEP disciplines.
Ensure design compliance with project requirements and hotel standards.
Resolve architectural technical issues during construction.
Monitor finishing works and quality standards.
Support project delivery and handover activities.

3-Technical Mechanical Manager
Prepare/Manage and supervise mechanical engineering activities.
Review HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical system designs.
Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
Monitor installation quality, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with project schedules and technical standards.
Lead problem-solving and technical coordination efforts.

4-Technical Electrical Manager
Prepare/Manage electrical engineering works for high-rise and hotel projects.
Review power distribution, lighting, ELV, and electrical system designs.
Coordinate with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Support project planning, execution, and successful delivery.
