Description
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in project coordination and management.
Practical experience in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the projects market and relevant stakeholders.
Strong professional network of relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and contractors in the Eastern Province.
Ability to attract projects, develop business opportunities, and contribute to increasing the company's business volume.
Excellent negotiation and client relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is preferred.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Eastern Province.
Additional Responsibilities
Seeking out new project opportunities and communicating with potential clients.
Building and developing relationships with government and private entities and consultants.
Representing the company at relevant meetings and events.
Following up on tenders and business opportunities and coordinating with relevant departments to submit proposals.
